About the Event
The Honorable Robert Russell is the brainchild of the Veterans Treatment Program that has been duplicated throughout the United States. There are approximately 100 treatment courts in 25 states. some having more than one in their state. We need to have all 50 states join this effort to assist our veterans when they need additional assistance to help them transition back to the civilian sector.
